Kelly Kurtz, LCSW-C

Kelly is passionate about helping teens, women and families tap into their strengths to build a life that feels true to them. She has experience working with people struggling with low self-esteem and perfectionism, trauma, disordered eating and body image, and substance use. Kelly is warm, supportive and down-to-earth. She approaches therapy from a strengths-based and person-centered perspective and utilizes Mindful Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Kelly received her Bachelor's in Social Work and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.
